iEXExchanger 11.6.2 — Improved management, rates, and interface

In version 11.6.2, we continued enhancing daily operations with iEXExchanger: updated order chats, exchange rates and directions, auto-payouts, system diagnostics, and several key sections of the admin panel and client interface.

Waltix Connected

Added support for the payment service Waltix for accepting payments and making payouts.

Completely revamped order chats

The requests chat section has been updated with a new, more compact interface.

The message list is now more convenient for handling a large number of requests: you can see the client, last message, status, responsible operator, priority, and unread messages.

Updated display of client, operator, and system messages; improved attachments, dates, read statuses, and message input field.

Request and client information now opens in a separate panel where you can change the operator, status, priority, and response deadline, as well as view other requests and internal notes.

Message drafts are saved separately for each request. This section is also fully optimized for phones and tablets.

Easier to add directions

The direction addition window has been updated.

Now you can start searching for available destinations from the side of "Giving Away", as well as from "Receiving".

You can choose several directions from one currency at once, or, conversely, several options for receiving a single currency.

Currency pair swapping and the display of existing routes have also been improved.

Improved tiered fees

Setting up exchange fees based on amount is now more convenient.

Ranges can be calculated based on the amount "Giving away", as well as by the amount Receive, set the minimum amount separately and choose whether to show an explanation to the client.

Calculations on the website, when creating requests, and in XML exports now follow unified rules.

Smarter automatic rate updates

The automatic rate update system has been redesigned.

It now better detects actual changes and doesn't trigger unnecessary updates if the data hasn't actually changed.

The system considers the duration of previous updates, the frequency of rate changes, errors, and busy processes, automatically selecting the most suitable interval.

Publication security has also been enhanced: if an update fails, the previous working version of the data is retained.

Updated exchange rate export

You can now view for each XML file:

  • number of records;
  • file size;
  • availability;
  • time of last update.

When the exchanger is disabled or technical mode is enabled, published rates are properly cleared and no longer remain accessible in old files.

Once the exchanger is back online, current data will be republished.

More reliable operation of rate sources and plugins

Improved the performance of connected rate sources.

The system now checks the plugin status before updating and handles its deactivation, version changes, or missing permissions more accurately.

An error from a single source should no longer prevent the retrieval of data from other available services.

Auto payouts improved

The restriction check before automatic payouts has been redesigned.

If the request does not meet the limits of a specific payment system and the funds have not been sent yet, it remains in the status Paid and is available to the operator instead of receiving an erroneous payout status.

If multiple payment systems are available, the system can check other options.

Before the funds are actually sent, the amount, limits, request status, and selected provider are re-verified.

Protection against duplicate fund transfers has also been strengthened during timeouts, connection failures, and simultaneous request processing.

System Diagnostics

Section System Diagnosticssignificantly updated.

Checks have become more accurate and better reflect the actual exchanger settings: directions, rates, reserves, affiliate program, payments, auto payouts, security, and background processes.

The results are now divided into real issues, recommendations, and situations that cannot be reliably verified automatically.

Filters, search, launch history, and clearer recommendations on what exactly needs to be fixed have been added.

Proxy handling updated

Fixed an issue where a saved but disabled proxy could block direct connection.

Now a disabled proxy is simply ignored, and saved settings remain intact and resume use once it's enabled again.

Proxy group operations and payment transaction security have also been improved to handle connection issues better.

New section "Countries and Cities"

Countries and cities management has been combined into a single section.

Two tabs are available inside — Countries and "Cities"— with search, filters, editing, and existing staff permissions preserved.

Old links automatically open the corresponding tab in the new section.

Confirmation files can be created directly in the dashboard

In the section "Confirmation Files"You no longer need to create a file on your computer in advance.

You can create a TXT, HTML, HTM, XML, or JSON file directly in the admin panel: enter a name, paste the content, and get a ready-to-use direct link.

You can also set a file retention period or keep it indefinitely.

Banners and site background updated

The banner section has been fully updated to the new admin panel style.

You can customize images, background, text colors, and buttons separately for light and dark themes. The preview shows the result before saving and allows you to check the display on both desktop and mobile.

Added setting for the site background image display area:

On all pages or Only on the exchange page.

Popular destinations updated

The popular destinations system now bases on the actual exchange completion date rather than the request creation date.

Only available routes with active currencies are included in the rating.

The calculation of share proportions and their changes compared to the previous month has also been improved.

The design of blocks on the client site has been further updatedPopular Destinations and Latest Exchanges— cards have become more compact and better adapted for different screens.

Client-side updated

Improved block display Currency Reserves: cards are now more compact, with updated animation and better display of long amounts.

In the block Card VerificationIt is now possible to open the details of an order and verify amounts, currencies, payment details, and other exchange data without losing already selected photos and completed form information.

Fixed favicon display on first site load — the selected icon now shows immediately without initially switching to the default.

Dashboard improved

The admin login page has been updated: the interface is now lighter and more compact, with improved display of the authorization form, login confirmation, and two-factor authentication.

The sidebar mini-menu has been completely revamped: improved icons, tooltips, pinning additional sections, and panel width customization.

The site operating mode settings have become more compact. Course file publishing is now managed with both automatic and manual modes, and the maintenance break message can be edited directly in the panel.

Other improvements

Currency subtitles now appear directly in the currency selection list before choosing a specific item.

The FAQ block on the main page has been updated — unnecessary intermediate cards removed, and questions now appear directly within the selected group.

A compact user card has been added, allowing quick access to the client's essential information directly from various dashboard sections.

Improved display of payment receipt verification and its process logs.

Settings for available light, dark, and system themes have also been updated.
