Nvidia pours $3.5 billion into MediaTek via convertible bonds
Nvidia bought nearly all of MediaTek's $3.5 billion convertible bond issue, the largest of its kind in Taiwan's history. In return, the chipmaker will adopt NVLink Fusion and expand its PC and automotive AI chip lineup.
