The Company is under no obligation to modify, replace, restore, transfer, or update the User’s email address regardless of the reason for such request.

3.5. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, verification codes, and other authentication data.

3.6. The User must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access to their Account.

3.7. The User agrees to respect and protect the intellectual property rights of the Company.

3.8. The User is responsible for all activities conducted through their Account.

The Company reserves the right to:

6.2. The Company is not responsible for the consequences of loss of access to an Account or registered email address.

6.3. The Company may temporarily suspend an Account pending a security review.

7.1. All rights to the Website, Software, documentation, databases, designs, interfaces, images, logos, trademarks, text, videos, and other materials belong to the Company or its partners.

7.2. Any use of the Company’s intellectual property is permitted only with prior written authorization from the rights holder.

• Telegram;
• Cloudflare;
• payment providers;
• hosting providers;
• CRM systems;
• external APIs;
• third-party websites;
• third-party services.

10.1. The Website, Software, Services, documentation, and all related materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

10.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for the User’s specific expectations.

10.3. The Company shall not be liable for:

• actions of Users;
• actions of third parties;
• loss of data;
• server failures;
• hardware failures;
• hosting failures;
• Internet outages;
• governmental actions;
• third-party service failures;
• consequences resulting from the use of information published on the Website.

10.4. Users are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of their files, databases, project configurations, and other data.

10.5. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from User actions, third-party actions, infrastructure changes, updates, system failures, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

11.1. The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website, Services, licenses, or Accounts if the User violates these Terms.

11.2. The Company may suspend an Account if there are indications of security violations, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

11.3. Suspension or termination of access does not release the User from any obligations incurred before such action.

12.2. A revised version becomes effective two (2) calendar days after publication on the Website unless stated otherwise.

13.7. Use of the Website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
