Two ways to use your exchange
Clients choose how they prefer to exchange, while your system processes their orders. The bot can guide an exchange on its own; the Mini App adds a visual interface and more account features.

Exchange and support
The app follows the rules of each exchange pair, from network selection to payment confirmation. Clients see current terms and the actions available to them.
Currency search and filters, recent choices, favourite pairs and network selection. Quick amounts of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% account for the available reserve and limits.
Fixed or floating rates, fee options and verification choices where available. Clients can select a country and city for cash exchanges.
Saved details, pasting from the clipboard and QR scanning where Telegram supports it. Additional fields, instructions and agreements follow the exchange service settings.
Payment details or an external checkout, amount and address copying, QR codes, a timer, receipt uploads and “I have paid”. Cancellation is available when the order status allows it.
Order number, amounts, status, incoming payment history and processing stages. Return to an order awaiting payment, repeat a pair with a fresh quote and leave a review after an exchange.
Chat with an operator and send messages and files when order chat is enabled. General contacts and answers to common questions are available in the support section.
Client account
Profile, saved details and settings are available inside the Mini App. Clients manage them without opening a separate account area on the website.
Telegram name and avatar, personal information and phone number. Add, view and delete personal payment details; verify cards when required. Clients can change their account password by entering their current password.
Repeat exchanges and invitations
Promo codes, referral links and notifications are part of the client journey. Discount and commission terms are set by the exchange service.
Claim and choose available promo codes in the account, enter them during an exchange and recalculate under the promotion rules. Clients see the total before creating an order.
Personal website and Telegram links, the number of invited users and clients who have exchanged, earnings, the base commission rate and the minimum withdrawal amount under the programme terms.
Copy a link, send a prepared invitation or use a card for a Telegram story. Clients confirm story publication themselves.
Separate settings for order creation, status changes, payment, completion, problem orders, security and referrals. Messages arrive through the connected bot with the client’s permission.
For exchange owners
Telegram connects to your existing iEXExchanger platform. Exchange pair settings and operator workflows stay in the familiar administration panel.
Your own Telegram bot, Mini App name and accent colour. Bot texts and icons can be customised; contacts, FAQs and documents come from your exchange service.
Pairs, reserves, fees, limits, fields, checks and payment methods are connected to the main platform. There is no separate catalogue to maintain for Telegram.
Links can open a specific exchange direction, currency and network pair or order. Referral links preserve the invitation source.
A working iEXExchanger platform with a compatible Telegram module, your own bot and a Mini App published over HTTPS. Setup includes the bot, app address and required notifications.
Questions before setup
Payment, chat, verification and referral features depend on the enabled modules and exchange service settings. Biometrics, QR codes, stories and shortcuts also depend on the Telegram version and capabilities.
