iEXExchanger 11.5.3 — iEXWallet and iEXChat update, application protection, and interface fixes

Version iEXExchanger 11.5.3 updates iEXWallet and iEXChat, strengthens temporary access security for requests, and fixes bugs that could interfere with credential delivery and partner payouts.

We have also improved the customer chat, notifications, and color settings across various sections of the system.

iEXWallet Update

iEXWallet functionality for accepting payments and processing payouts has been completely revamped.

Support for new connection parameters and core operations added:

  • creation and verification of deposits;
  • obtaining payment addresses and notes;
  • processing of incoming funds notifications;
  • tracking statuses and network confirmations;
  • creation and verification of payouts;
  • tracking payouts until final confirmation;
  • commission calculation;
  • view assets, networks, and balances;
  • retrieving deposit and payout lists;
  • verification and resending of notifications.

The system accurately tracks amounts, statuses, addresses, transaction hashes, number of confirmations, explorer links, and error reasons.

Incoming notifications and confidential data are now better protected. Added safeguards to prevent accidental duplicate transaction creation.

Previously established connections remain active after the update. No new features for AML, accounts, or conversion were added in this version.

iEXChat Update

iEXChat functionality inside the exchanger has been completely updated.

Widget loading fixed and synchronization added:

  • selected language;
  • exchange directions;
  • information about the creation of the request;
  • payment confirmation;
  • application status changes.

The iEXChat operator receives the current order card and sees the necessary exchange information directly during the conversation with the client.

Enhanced personal data protection. Only information necessary for the operator to process the request is sent to the chat.

Resolved accumulation of duplicate events during deferred widget loading. iEXChat errors no longer affect the main exchange operation or prevent clients from continuing their order.

The server-side vulnerability that was found has also been fixed, and a full update verification was conducted before the release.

Fixed credentials display

Fixed an issue where a general message "Please check required fields" could appear without explanation, even when data was filled in.

The system now displays the exact error. For example, if the bank card number is entered incorrectly, the operator receives a specific message and can immediately correct the data.

The simultaneous operation of multiple operators has also been improved. The application data updates correctly, and after correcting the details, the request can be resent to the client.

Temporary Access Protection for Applications

Fixed links for temporary order previews.

The link is available only for 24 hours from the moment the request is created. After this period, only the owner can view the request through their personal account.

Reopening an old link no longer extends its validity period. If access is lost, the details and other application data are immediately hidden.

If the information cannot be retrieved temporarily, a clear message is displayed instead of an endless loading screen, along with an option to retry the request.

The description of the temporary access setup has been clarified. Protection against saving incorrect values has also been added.

Partner payouts have been fixed

Fixed the creation of withdrawal requests for affiliate funds.

The request is now correctly saved and receives a pending status. In case of an internal error, the client sees a clear, safe message without any database info, service paths, or other technical details.

The security of the working environment and installer has been further strengthened. Debug mode remains disabled on live sites at all times.

Chat no longer overlaps order windows

Fixed an issue where the "Chat with Client" button could overlap the window and the payout details button.

The "Provide Details", "Replace Details" windows and other pop-up forms now always appear above the chat. The chat button remains accessible and is correctly positioned on both computers and mobile devices.

Additionally, chat opening and closing, page scroll restoration, and display of related request elements have been verified.

Notifications and color settings

Long notification texts now wrap neatly and stay within the table boundaries.

Selected background and text colors are saved correctly, loaded upon re-editing, and displayed on the client site.

Color processing has also been improved in:

  • on banners;
  • currencies;
  • currency tags;
  • requests;
  • news categories.

Old and new color values now work the same way, and incorrect values no longer break the page layout.
