iEXExchanger 11.5.6 — automatic update and interface improvements

The main feature of version 11.5.6 is automatic exchanger updates. Now the administrator starts the process from the control panel, and the system handles downloading, verifying files, and installing the new version independently.

Payment modules and iEXChat settings have also been updated, issues with details have been fixed, and the website, personal account, and admin panel interfaces have been improved.

Automatic update

To update the exchanger, open the "Update" section and click "Download." The system will take care of the rest.

Installation reliability improved: enhanced release file verification, fixed app launch errors after update, and recovery from failed attempts.

If the process stopped due to an error, you can resume it after fixing the issue or restore the previous working version along with its data. Error messages include hints for the next steps.

Fixed archive handling after installation and rollback. Previously used files no longer interfere with obtaining new releases, and automatic preloading now accounts for update history.

Payment Options

Added support for C-Gate (CryptoGate).Cryptocurrency deposits and client payouts are available, with options to select currency and network, set payment terms, and commission priority. A test payment acceptance is provided to verify the connection.

The system automatically checks statuses, handles underpayments, overpayments, and refusals, prevents duplicate transaction creation, and awaits final payment confirmation. The payout fee is paid separately from the recipient's amount. Transfer data is saved in the request.

2328.io has been updated.Coins and networks are loaded automatically, including Monero (XMR). The shared merchant functionality has been enhanced for multiple currencies, including BNB and USDT BEP20. If a coin has a single network, the system selects it automatically; for other currencies, the network can be set manually. Lists reflect availability for deposits and payouts.

Fixed payment address retrieval, details, QR codes, and payment links, as well as notification and status handling. Enhanced verification of payment matching the order, coin, network, and expected amount. Simplified connection parameters, improved service error handling, and prepared setup instructions.

iEXChat Update

The online chat settings now include a tab called "Options for iEXChat." The administrator can choose which exchange events are sent to the chat: creating an order, clicking "I have paid," status changes when viewing an order, and selecting the exchange direction.

You can configure the transfer of the client's name and email, application forms, details, and additional data separately, as well as automatic chat opening. Automatic transfer can be completely disabled — manual communication with the operator will remain available.

Selected options are retained when changing the provider and upon reactivation. Fixed issues with saving settings, ensuring compatibility with existing live chat configurations.

Applications and Payment Details

  • Saving details. In "By currency" mode, the system no longer requires selecting exchange directions. In "By directions" mode, the account number and selected directions are still verified.
  • Manual issuance of details.Fixed an issue where clients saw "Account not defined" instead of the available account when no merchant was selected. Additional problems with credential issuance were also identified during testing and will be addressed further.
  • Customer turnover. In request cards, user lists, and profiles, the currency from system settings, such as USD or USDT, is now displayed next to the total turnover.
  • Payment deadline. In the general application settings, the "What to do after time expires" field has been expanded. The options for setting the status to "Time expired" and retaining the current status are now fully visible.

Settings and Dashboard

Exchange Limits. Group settings now include the buttons “Keep as is,” “Use from profile,” “Enter amount manually,” and “Remove limit.” In individual settings, a dropdown list with an explanation of the selected mode is preserved. It’s now clearer where the amount comes from and when it updates automatically. Manually entered values are not changed by auto-recalculation.

Favorites. Newly added items are pinned at the top of the main menu by default. The "Favorites Only" toggle lets you keep them in a separate section. Settings saving, synchronization across browser tabs, and access on tablets and phones have been improved. Previously added items and individual settings have been retained.

News, questions, and contacts.Fixed the display of categories and groups in the "News", "FAQ", and "Contacts" sections. Added search, creation, and renaming of categories and groups directly in the form. When a new main news item is selected, the previous one is automatically deselected.

Fixed saving of multilingual titles, colors, visibility, and links; updating of site records; uploading contacts and images. Filters now persist after editing, sorting excludes hidden records and restores previous order on error. Added retry loading after failure; resolved issues with long news category addresses.

Merchant cards. The provider name and version are now displayed, while the number of supported currencies is presented in a separate line. Quick access to the merchant's activity log has been restored, and mobile display issues have been fixed.

Website and personal account

Updated design of fields, buttons, toggles, lists, and cards. Fixed misalignments, element clipping, and button jumps on click. Improved notifications, menus, and pop-up windows.

  • Currency and fee selection.Improved currency search, empty result display, and loading of additional records. Fee options are presented in cards and the list can be collapsed. Fixed amount display.
  • Account settings.Labels are moved above fields; personal data, password, and API forms are standardized. Account verification status display is improved.
  • Working with exchange.Navigation, requisites forms, and card verification have been improved, along with the application information and exchange stages. A confirmation with a warning about losing entered data now appears before canceling an application.

Improved interface performance on mobile devices, in both light and dark themes, as well as keyboard navigation.
