The update revamped exchange rate retrieval and introduced switching between multiple sources via formulas. Plugin capabilities were expanded, calculation accuracy improved, and partner commissions enhanced. New filters, quick reserve editing, and a detailed timeline for order execution were added to the admin panel.
Rate sources and reserving
New sources.Added OKX, CurrencyAPI, and CoinGecko. Updated rate processing for existing exchanges, payment services, and national banks.
More currencies.For CoinMarketCap, we redesigned the currency selection and acquiring necessary pairs without the previous limitation to a few main currencies. FloatRates have been expanded to the full available set of currencies.
Booking through formulas.You can now combine multiple sources, set the switching order, and specify the allowable age for each rate if needed. The finalized formula is connected to the directions in the usual way.
How to Set Up Backup Rates
The first option is switching based on rate availability.
Specify the primary source and backup sources in the required order:

While the Binance rate is available and passes general system checks, it is used. If the rate is disabled, missing, contains an error, or an invalid value, the system checks Bybit, then OKX, and KuCoin. Specific freshness periods are not set in this formula.
For example: Binance is unavailable → Bybit is operational → Bybit is being used.
The second option is switching with a custom freshness period.
Specify the allowed age of the rate in seconds for each source separately:

Binance is relevant here if its rate was updated less than two minutes ago, Bybit less than three, OKX less than four, and KuCoin less than five.
The source is skipped both upon an error and when its freshness period is exceeded, even if the saved price is positive.
For example: Binance hasn't updated for three minutes → Bybit returns an error → OKX updated 30 seconds ago → using OKX.
In both cases, select the first suitable source in order. Once the primary source is restored, the system will revert to it during the next recalculation if its rate passes the checks again.
The admin panel displays the selected source and reasons for excluding other options. The list can be expanded with additional sources. If no suitable rates remain, the route is temporarily unavailable for calculation.
Important:replace the codes in the examples with the codes of your courses from the admin panel.
Other rate changes
BestChange.Added the option to select positions with eligibility criteria and income limits.
Improved retry requests, parallel loading, and processing of API limits. Fixed import errors, pair duplication, handling of direct and reverse rates, and crashes under ionCube.
Extensions and Payment Plugins
We continued developing the plugin system: a custom module can now be shared with another client and installed via the admin panel with a single ZIP archive.
Installation without mandatory signature.Checks of package structure, compatibility, permissions, and integrity are preserved. Information about the signature and official publisher is displayed separately.
Merchants and payouts.Plugins connect to the existing payment system and can be configured in the familiar admin panel sections. One package may support payment acceptance, payouts, or both.
Updates and rollback.Added detection of new versions, storage of previous releases, and the ability to revert to them with settings restoration.
Updated the catalog, installation preview, and publisher labels. Fixed catalog upload issue when old archives remained next to new version folders.
Exchange Calculation Accuracy
We improved the entire calculation process — from the website calculator to the amounts shown in the order card.
Fixed the application of personal conditions for the application owner, direct and reverse rates, additional fees, and negative adjustments. Eliminated precision loss caused by premature rounding and handling of very small values. Calculation accuracy has been aligned with admin panel settings, including values exceeding 18 decimal places.
Exchange Rate Comparison.The comparison window between the saved and current rate now shows the percentage deviation, the currency difference, and two labeled bars.
Amount details.The original amount, fees, and bonuses are shown as separate lines, the total is highlighted, and additional explanations are revealed as needed.
If the rate is unavailable or the response is incorrect, the system displays a clear message instead of an erroneous calculation with a zero amount.
Affiliate Program
Fixed saving and applying personal conditions: percentages, fixed bonuses, minimum and maximum amounts.
Calculations and displays have been aligned with the system balance currency and its alternative symbols. Historical accruals retain their original currency, while small amounts are shown with greater precision.
We improved bonus hold and release processes, recalculation, and recovery after temporary rate errors. Fixed duplicates during simultaneous actions, corrected accrual history, client counters, and transition analytics.
Filters throughout the admin panel
Completely redesigned windowAdd filter:
- Sections “Available” and “On Dashboard” with counters.
- Search by names and descriptions.
- Change the order using drag-and-drop or keyboard.
- Add multiple filters without closing the window.
- Saving entered values and protecting required fields from deletion.
We’ve simplified sorting settings, allowing you to save multiple conditions and control their order. Updated spacing and labels, and verified display on phones in both light and dark themes.
Reserve Management
Editing from the currency list.Clicking on the reserve amount opens a form where you can increase, decrease, or fully replace its value. If the reserve hasn't been created yet, the system will create it with a zero amount and open it for editing.
Changes to general reserves are applied across all related currencies. Warnings about links and file updates are provided.
Reserve History.Transactions are grouped by date, clearly showing changes with "Before → After" values. We've fixed the display of long amounts and small adjustments.
Details about merchants, payments, received and sent amounts are displayed in separate columns of the currency list. You can enable them through the table settings.
Working with requests
Execution time.The "Completed in" label opens a detailed window showing the start and end time of the request, exact duration, and a timeline of status transitions. For multi-day requests, the dates are displayed, and on mobile devices, the timeline becomes vertical.
Chat with the client.The window can be moved and resized by its edges and corners. Its size and position are saved. We removed the background dimming and page scroll lock, while keeping the familiar messaging design.
Automatic payout.The action has been separated into its own block, and the confirmation window more clearly explains which operation the operator is initiating.
Notifications, Tags, and Banners
Tags.Improved data substitution in emails, notifications, client pages, and Telegram. Fixed line breaks, special characters, translations, fallback text, and link formatting. Enhanced access control and prevented repeated processing of tags within substituted data.
Banners. Added setting Hide title and description. The text is hidden, but its space is preserved, so the buttons remain at the same height. The preview reflects the selected mode.
Removed non-functional general banner settings while preserving the current switching behavior.
Other improvements
- Accelerated the opening of merchant and payout settings.
- Fixed network list mixing issue across different accounts of the same service.
- Added error handling for individual gateways so they don't prevent the entire form from opening.
- Updated the design of the alternative currency codes field on the “System Balance” page.
- Improved window display and precise amounts on narrow screens.
