Nvidia will put $3 billion into Meta's $97.5 billion share offering and expand their work on Meta's Muse AI assistant, using Vera Rubin chips and the BlueField-4 platform.

Nvidia will put $3 billion into Meta's share offering as the two companies expand their work on Meta's Muse AI assistant, according to a Nvidia statement dated Oct. 26.

Meta's share offering totals $97.5 billion, the largest in the company's history, the statement said. Nvidia's investment is part of that offering.

To run Muse, Meta will deploy Nvidia's Vera Rubin and Vera CPU chips, Spectrum-X Ethernet networking and the BlueField-4 platform, the companies said in a joint statement. The goal, according to the companies, is to improve Muse's performance and reduce the cost of running it.

The companies are also exploring joint work on Nvidia's OpenShell framework and its Sentry tool for monitoring AI agent behavior, the statement said.

Meta launched Muse in September 2026, building it on the open-source OpenClaw agent. Internally, the project is called Hatch, and it supports what Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has called a “personal superintelligence” push. The assistant can act on a user's behalf in email, calendars, purchases and smart home devices, with access revocable at any time.

Nvidia and Meta did not disclose specific investment terms or a timeline for the deal. Meta released its Wonder model on Oct. 12, which ranked above most rivals except Claude, then unveiled Muse Spark Open with Apple on Oct. 18 for two Mac Studio computers.
