Premia Labs vaults on Arbitrum lost $437,000 in collateral to an exploit. The stolen funds were routed through the protocol's own options pools, then cashed out as liquidity, security firm Blockaid found.

An attacker drained roughly $437,000 in collateral from six vaults run by DeFi options protocol Premia Labs on Arbitrum in two transactions, security firm Blockaid said.

Premia Labs is a protocol for trading crypto options, where users pool assets in shared vaults that back trades. Blockaid said the attacker moved the vaults' collateral into option pools, then withdrew it as liquidity. The six targeted vaults were left with almost no collateral of their own after the attack, according to Blockaid.

Premia has not issued a public statement on the incident: the sources carry no direct comment from either the company or Blockaid.
