"Online Chat in Applications" Module

 

Dear friends, we present the new module "Online Chat in Requests." This module will simplify client interactions.

  • Each request will have its own dedicated chat.
  • Each chat can be assigned to a specific manager.
  • Operators receive new messages without refreshing.
  • New message notifications can be configured in Telegram.
  • Chat blocking.
  • Enable and disable chat.

We made the online chat as simple as possible for the client, with no unnecessary steps.

  • The client opens a ticket and, if chat is available, can type messages just like in any online chat.
  • If the operator responds, the client receives two notifications: one in the chat and another if they are in other sections, so they can easily find their ticket.
