Dear friends, we present the new module "Online Chat in Requests." This module will simplify client interactions.
- Each request will have its own dedicated chat.
- Each chat can be assigned to a specific manager.
- Operators receive new messages without refreshing.
- New message notifications can be configured in Telegram.
- Chat blocking.
- Enable and disable chat.
We made the online chat as simple as possible for the client, with no unnecessary steps.
- The client opens a ticket and, if chat is available, can type messages just like in any online chat.
- If the operator responds, the client receives two notifications: one in the chat and another if they are in other sections, so they can easily find their ticket.
