As we wrap up the year, we would like to share the upcoming support schedule for the holiday period, as well as important news about releases, 2026 plans, and the updated technical support policy.
Holiday Support Schedule
December 23–26 — gradual transition to a flexible schedule.
December 26 – January 5 — technical support is suspended for the New Year holidays.
January 6, 2026 — support operations resume.
January 9 — full return to the standard support schedule.
Release Updates
Version iEXExchanger 10.3 is the final release of this year.
No additional updates are planned for December.
Technical Support Policy Update
Technical support is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, plus a short grace period. After that, support is paused until renewed.
As of December 1, 2025, all expired and inactive support periods have been suspended.
Starting January 1, 2026, support will not be reactivated until an active renewal is made.
Fixes for confirmed product bugs remain free for all users.
