Last month, we decided to test our automation system to see how it would perform without human operators.
Test Results:
- 96% of requests were processed without operator involvement.
- The maximum number of client inquiries per day ranged between 8 and 10 emails.
- The lowest number of negative feedback on monitoring was 10-15, half of which were errors made by clients.
- Over 580 fraudulent transactions were identified, all of which were blocked automatically.
- Average request processing time 2-5 sec
