With version 11.1, we continued evolving iEXExchanger into a more modern platform for exchange services. This update focuses on interface improvements, analytics, platform performance, anti-spam protection and overall usability for both operators and exchange clients.
We updated many key areas of both the admin panel and client-side interface, redesigned notifications and online chat, improved filters, search, limits and many internal platform systems.
New Platform Interface
In iEXExchanger 11.1, we started the gradual transition to our own ui/* design system, making the platform interface more modern, consistent and user-friendly.
Updated sections include:
- admin dashboard;
- notifications;
- order lists;
- user profiles;
- filters and search;
- popup/dialog windows;
- forms;
- mobile navigation;
- analytics;
- client account area;
- online chat.
The interface is now cleaner, more compact and better optimized for mobile devices. We also improved navigation, loading states, information visibility and the overall speed of interaction with the platform.
Improvements for Exchange Clients
After the update, exchange clients will see a more modern interface, an improved account area, a redesigned online chat and a more understandable order processing flow.
We improved forms, notifications, payment details display, the mobile experience and cash direction search while keeping the familiar workflow users are already used to.
New Anti-Spam Protection System
Version 11.1 introduces a completely redesigned anti-spam system.
The platform can now better detect suspicious activity, limit mass creation of empty orders, reduce operator workload and protect exchange reserves from artificial reservation abuse.
The admin panel now includes a dedicated anti-spam management section with ready-to-use modes, flexible settings and detailed trigger analytics.
The system can also request email confirmation before order creation for unauthenticated users.
Updated Analytics and Dashboard
The analytics system has been fully redesigned.
Exchange owners can now more conveniently track profits, exchanges, directions, reserves, clients, partners and overall platform performance through a unified interface with charts, period comparisons and expanded statistics.
The admin dashboard was also fully updated with improved charts, cleaner key metrics and better adaptation for different screen sizes.
Improved Notifications and Online Chat
Notifications and online chat received major updates in iEXExchanger 11.1.
Email and Telegram notifications are now powered by a new centralized notification engine, giving exchange owners more flexibility and better reliability.
The online chat system was completely redesigned with:
- improved interface;
- better mobile experience;
- quick replies;
- smarter notifications;
- improved file handling;
- better operator-client interaction.
Communication between operators and clients is now faster, cleaner and more convenient.
Better Limits, Filters and Search
This release significantly improves limits, additional commissions, filters and system-wide search.
Limit configuration is now more flexible and easier to manage, while the updated filters and search system help operators find orders, directions, currencies, users and other important platform data much faster.
Authentication, Media Manager and Client Area
iEXExchanger 11.1 introduces authentication via Apple ID and Google.
We also added a new media management system with convenient image uploads, folder management and an improved content editor.
The client account area was redesigned as well: cards and wallets are now combined into a unified section with improved statuses, filtering and data display.
Performance and Stability Improvements
A large amount of internal optimization work was completed in this release.
We improved platform performance, optimized internal systems, upgraded notification handling, improved caching and increased overall platform stability under heavy load.
On average, platform data loading became up to 2x faster.
Additional Improvements
This release also includes improvements to:
- contests system;
- order stages;
- website advantages section;
- cash directions;
- AML and manual verification;
- text templates;
- visits and online activity tracking;
- platform design constructor.
In addition, the release contains a large number of hidden fixes, internal optimizations and small improvements focused on stability, performance and overall platform quality.
