iEXExchanger 11.5.8 — Stability, security, and routes improvements

In update 11.5.8, we continued enhancing the main operational sections of iEXExchanger: exchange directions, rates, limits, verification, order protection, and payment details management.

The main focus of this release is to make the daily tasks of administrators and operators more stable, eliminate unnecessary actions, and fix workflows that could cause difficulties during exchange setup and application processing.

Exchange directions and rate management

Improved the functionality of direction groups and fixed issues where group content could display incorrectly or freeze when switching or loading pages.

We also improved bulk actions for directions: enabling, disabling, copying, deleting, moving to trash, and restoring now work more reliably.

Fixed currency notation saving for XML: selecting from the list now saves the currency code precisely, while allowing manual input of custom values if needed.

Separate updates were made to the exchange rates imported from files and formulas. Recognition of sources with complex names, re-importing, handling of direct and inverse currency pairs, and calculations involving very small and very large values have been improved.

Existing rate codes remain unchanged, so previously configured formulas continue to work without any additional adjustment.

Protection against temporary email addresses

The system now includes protection against temporary and unwanted emails.

Verification is applied during client registration and the creation of guest orders, including operations via API, social services, and Telegram.

The blacklist domain database can be updated automatically daily or manually. If an update fails, the system will continue to use the previous working version of the database.

Enhanced order protection

The application protection system has been improved to prevent spam and fraud.

Now verifications more accurately account for duplicate and unpaid requests, while less frequently affecting regular clients due to shared networks, browsers, or changing device data.

Protection against bypassing established restrictions has also been improved, reducing the number of false blocks.

Groups in card and identity verification

A system of working groups has been added to the “Card Verification” and “Identity Verification” sections.

Now you can create your own groups, reorder them, hide unnecessary ones, and work faster with the required sets of orders.

Mass actions have also been added: you can select multiple requests and instantly accept, reject, or delete them. Search, status saving, notifications, and section performance on mobile devices have been improved.

Amounts and limits by direction

Simplified the bulk setup of minimum and maximum amounts.

Three main modes are now available:

  • Directed Amount
  • Enter amount manually
  • Remove restriction

Manual recalculation has been fixed, and the checking of minimum and maximum values improved. Error messages now appear directly next to the relevant field.

Manual values are also protected from unwanted automatic changes.

Commission based on the exchange amount

The commission system based on the request amount has been updated.

You can now choose whether the calculation is based on the amount you 'Give' or the amount you 'Receive'.

Improvements were also made to ranges, adjustment types, and the display of fees on the client side.

Issuance and Replacement of Payment Details

The issuance and details replacement section in the application has been redesigned.

The interface is now more compact and clear: unnecessary borders, repeated headers, and large margins have been removed; the display of terms and issue dates has been improved, and the credential history is placed in a separate action.

Resubmission workflows, template selection, and switching between applications have also been fixed. If an error occurs during an action, the entered data is preserved, so the operator does not need to fill out the form again.

Additional improvements

Live orders now feature an exact countdown to the next automatic refresh. When you navigate to another section, the refresh pauses correctly and resumes once you return.

Fixed merchant and auto-payout statistics: new successfully processed requests now correctly increase the number of operations and the volume in USD, while repeated operations no longer create duplicates.

General authorization status between the client and admin parts has been fixed, access to login and registration pages is now blocked for already authorized users, handling of unavailable KYC settings has been improved, and several minor interface fixes have been made.
