In version 11.7We have significantly redesigned the website and admin panel interface. Updated the exchange form, request page, payment, user dashboard, and mobile view.
We built a classic Telegram bot for exchanges from scratch and completely revamped the Mini App. We've also fixed detected bugs, improved data saving, request handling, and system performance in both light and dark modes.
Updated exchange form
Currency and bank selection.We made the current selection indicator more compact: the logo, name, and “Selected” label are neatly arranged without unnecessary highlights or repeated codes. Long names are shortened with full text available on hover. When searching and switching filters, the selected currency remains saved.
Choosing fees.Standardized the form fields to common dropdowns, removed unnecessary highlights, and corrected colors in dark mode.
Unavailable direction.Updated the warning, streamlined the information on available reserve and minimum payout amount. Fixed display of very small amounts.
Exchange rate update.Added a compact indicator with a smooth countdown and progress line animation.
Scroll.Fixed instances where the page froze when hovering over the currency list. Scrolling continues on the page after reaching the edge of the list. Scrollbars are now thinner and more refined.
On wide screens, a three-column layout is maintained, while on phones, tablets, and narrow screens, a compact view is used.
Bank Card Verification
Completely revamped the card verification and detection module.
Added a card icon, a separate payment system label, and a clear status indicator. Removed unnecessary captions and improved wrapping of long names and messages.
Fixed issues where error messages did not match the field highlighting. After correcting the number, clearing the field, selecting a saved card, or confirming details from a QR code, outdated errors are now properly cleared.
Changes apply to both parties in the exchange in both form options.
Application page and payment
We redesigned the layout to make it easier for clients to see the exchange status, verify details, and proceed to the next step.
Application details.Organized the number, creation date, rate, and additional data. Sender and recipient details are placed in expandable sections.
Application Status.Replaced the overloaded design with a light card featuring a soft background and a thin border. Colors were aligned with the “My Orders” list so that matching statuses look consistent across different pages.
Exchange result.Combined the currencies sent and received into a single block. On a computer, they appear side by side; on a phone, one above the other.
Incoming verification.The current stage, date, and explanation are immediately visible. The full history can be expanded by clicking "Show all." Updating the data preserves the already expanded history.
Transactions.Incoming and outgoing transactions are combined into a single block. The full transaction number is saved, with options to copy and view it.
Time to pay.Updated the timer with smooth digit transitions and time progress. Fixed resets and inaccurate counting.
QR code and details.We revamped the preview and enlarged view window. The amount, currency, and details are displayed more clearly, with copy buttons conveniently located next to the information. Fixed the display of an outdated QR code after details were changed.
We also updated the payment instructions, alerts, and exchange execution deadline.
New personal account design
Redesigned the personal account dashboard and its main sections.
My orders.Added separate cards grouped by dates, updated search and filters, streamlined the display of statuses, currencies, and amounts.
My details.Updated cards, added details and deletion confirmation. Redesigned bank card verification, physical and virtual card tabs, instructions, and warnings.
Referral Program.We made the balance and statistics more compact, updated the referral link, copying, language selection, and accrual history.
Promo codes and settings.Updated profile, security, Telegram connection, balance, and API keys. A unified confirmation window is used to delete a key.
Removed duplicate blocks and improved navigation. Fixed issues with loading, page switching, repeated actions, and loss of unsaved data.
Mobile version
On phones, you can select fees, countries, cities, saved details, and request filters in the bottom panels.
Panel height adjusts to content; long lists scroll internally. Disabled automatic keyboard opening where it interfered with selection.
Updated the mobile navigation in the personal account, including button placement, amount display, and long names. Improved the pages for orders, details, settings, referral program, withdrawals, promo codes, and verification.
Dark theme and overall design
Replaced the bluish backgrounds of the dark theme with neutral graphite shadesWe have updated the surfaces of cards, fields, dropdown panels, header, and footer while keeping the signature purple accents.
Aligned the vertical spacing under the header on the main pages of the site. Notifications, banners, and content are now arranged more consistently.
Improved the main page loading: text changes smoothly, the indicator stays in place, and completed blocks appear after the loader disappears without overlapping text.
Tables in the admin panel
Significantly updated the overall table system.
In sections where column settings are available, you can:
- Change their order by dragging and dropping.
- Adjust the width.
- Pin columns to the left or right.
- Hide unnecessary fields.
- Reset settings.
We improved horizontal scrolling, header fixation, and display on narrow screens. Switching between table and cards retains entered data and selection.
Fixed row selection, action reruns, saving settings, and handling changes from another browser tab.
Updated Admin Panel Sections
Merchants and auto payouts.Fixed the reload issue when returning to a browser tab: the open form and entered text are preserved. Background refresh respects the selected group, filters, and page.
Installing plugins.Made it clear how to choose between a ZIP file and a ZIP link. Organized the upload, package verification, compatibility details, and permissions. Installation is available after verification completes.
Manual verification KYC.We have updated the form builder, field settings, drag-and-drop functionality, and preview. Improved performance on small screens and data retention when switching between tabs.
Fee Options.We have redesigned the list and editing forms, organized the application conditions, main and reverse fees. Fixed conflicts between saving, sorting, deleting, and status changes.
Unpaid Request Rules.Updated the list, condition settings, and the trigger history. Added a clear 'Test Run' feature that shows the check result without changing any orders.
Promo Codes.Updated the table, cards, and forms. Made usage count, limit, and balance clearer, improved direction settings and linked requests preview.
Contests.We revamped the setup for campaigns, prizes, rules, terms, and questions. Updated the participant list, search, filters, and winner selection.
Operator readiness.Updated the "Pause / Ready" window. Order acceptance settings, offers, and team information are organized in related windows.
Navigation in settings.We standardized buttons and tabs and added smooth scrolling for limited space. Switching sections retains entered data.
Working with Rates and Currencies
Price type.After selecting a source, supported options like buy, sell, last price, and others load automatically. Manual input is saved for custom sources.
BestChange Rating.We redesigned the window and divided it into the tabs "Market", "Step Selection", and "Calculation Details". It's now clearer which offers are suitable, which are excluded, and why.
Currency copying.Added a unified interface for creating one or multiple duplicates. You can keep or change the payment system, currency code, and XML designation. The bulk operation is executed fully, with no partial results.
Amounts in USD.In the order lists, hovering over the "Giving" and "Receiving" amounts shows their value in dollars at the current rate. The calculation is done when the tooltip is opened, without preloading for the entire list.
Photos, media library, and text editor
Photo viewing.Updated fullscreen view: added zoom, image panning, thumbnails, keyboard and gesture controls, original image opening, and reload on error.
Media library.We revamped cards, folders, tables, and file selection windows. Improved navigation through nested folders, scrolling, selection, moving, deleting, and restoring.
Text editor.Fixed alignment saving, link insertion, tag highlighting, and image replacement. Removed unnecessary text processing when moving the cursor.
Text templates.Updated currency and direction forms. Settings, text, and application conditions are organized into tabs; entered content is saved when switching.
Additional information about requests and users
Processing time.Updated the "Completed in" window: added a compact vertical history with stages, event times, and durations between them. The exact total time and a warning about an incomplete history are preserved.
User data.Separate columns for IP address and browser and device information have been added to the user list. You can enable them via the column settings menu.
Payment history language.Fixed display of system stages, explanations, and dates — now they match the current page language.
Telegram — new bot and completely redesigned Mini App
A classic Telegram bot for exchanges built from scratch.The client can make an exchange directly in the chat: select the direction, enter the amount and details, choose the fee, review the terms, receive payment information, and track the order status.
Mini App has been completely redesigned from scratch.We have updated the interface and the entire exchange process, including currency selection, data entry, payment, and application review. Navigation and usability within Telegram have been improved.
The new version of the Telegram solution is paid and must be purchased separately.
Order notifications.Fixed the transmission of additional fields: full name, phone number, bank, card, and other configured data. The order of fields and the content of long messages are preserved.
Fixes and Security
Fixed identified issues in the system and related user workflows:
- Improved server-side CAPTCHA verification for login, registration, password recovery, and order creation.
- Fixed processing of expired and reused CAPTCHA tokens.
- We have tightened the limits on request frequency and code email sending.
- Verified the full site closure mode when accessing API directly.
- Fixed timer functionality after sleep or extended tab inactivity.
- Fixed form data loss during background updates and temporary errors.
- Fixed handling of delayed responses when navigating between pages.
- Improved display of long names, large and very small amounts.
- Improved keyboard navigation and field accessibility for screen readers.
- Fixed saving of page titles and display of special characters in document texts.
