A small but very important update that fixes discovered bugs.

New module "Online Chat in Requests"
Dear friends, we present the new "Online Chat in Requests" module. This module will simplify client interactions.
- Each request will have its own dedicated chat
- Each chat can be assigned to a specific manager
- Operators receive new messages without page refresh
- New message notifications can be configured in Telegram
- Chat blocking
- Turning chat on and off
The online chat for clients is made as simple as possible with no unnecessary steps.
- The client opens a request and, if the chat is available, can write just like in typical online chats.
- If the operator responds, the client receives 2 notifications (one in the chat, and a second if they're in other sections, making it easy to find the request).
