In version iEXExchanger 11.4, we focused on improving daily tasks for clients, operators, and exchange administrators. One key new feature is the ability to continue an exchange started on the website in Telegram, maintaining the connection with the order and online chat.
Notifications, tabs, and internal request tags, admin panel workgroups, exchange direction sorting, tables, and the plugin system have all been completely updated.
Special attention has been given to performance: sections with tens of thousands of rates, directions, and users now load faster and operate more smoothly.
Continuation of exchange in Telegram
A new option to continue a created order in Telegram has been added to the general exchange settings. This feature is optional and does not affect the usual exchange process on the website.
The client can open a window with a QR code, go to Telegram, and link the application to the bot. After linking, the bot will send the main exchange details, payment information, additional fields, instructions, and the remaining time for payment.
You can confirm the payment by clicking the "I Paid" button directly in Telegram. After successful confirmation, the button disappears and the order status is updated simultaneously in the bot and on the website.
The correspondence between the client and the operator is also synchronized with the online chat. A message sent in Telegram appears in the request, and the manager's reply is delivered to the client via the bot. The admin panel displays the user's name and ID Telegram.
After connecting, the site shows that the client continues the exchange in Telegram. At any time, they can return to the site and complete the exchange normally.
New Notification System
All notification delivery methods are now gathered in a single section. The administrator can add multiple email and Telegram connections, configure them independently, and manage notifications without switching between different pages.
You can select recipients for each notification, assign a low, medium, or high priority, and enable or disable sending individually. Bulk enable and disable options are available if needed.
In the settings, you can specify support and admin addresses, send a test message, and verify the connection before use. Telegram notifications support sending to private chats, groups, or channels.
Connection data is stored securely, while names, descriptions, and settings are available in supported languages. This simplifies the work of administrators and operators in the multilingual control panel.
Processing exchange and client login
In the exchange settings, you can now choose how the system should behave if a client enters an already registered email.
In the first option, the client verifies their login with a code, then creates a request.
In the second option, the client proceeds directly to payment without mandatory authorization. They can log into their account and save the request in their personal dashboard later—on the payment or tracking page.
Sending confirmation codes is now more reliable, and the input form is more user-friendly. New system messages have been translated into supported languages.
Remembering exchange form data
The exchange form can now remember your email and the details you enter as you type. Next time you make an exchange, the browser will automatically fill in the relevant information based on the chosen direction and currency.
Saving is enabled by default and has no time limit. The administrator can disable it in the "General Settings" section. Once disabled, previously saved data will be deleted the next time the exchanger is opened.
City, passwords, confirmation codes, and uploaded documents are not saved. Remembering exchange amounts is still controlled by a separate setting.
Personal application tabs
Each administrator can now customize their own request tabs: set the name and color, select the required statuses, and determine who can access the tab — only its author or all administrators.
Tabs can be enabled, hidden, edited, deleted, and rearranged in a convenient order. If needed, the default layout can be restored. Personal settings are saved separately for each admin panel user.
There's also a compact "My" tab. It lets the current operator quickly switch between active, completed, and rejected requests and shows the up-to-date number of requests in each section.
Internal Request Tags
Internal color tags have been added for requests. Employees with the appropriate rights can create them directly from the requests list, change colors, pin important tags, and delete records that are no longer needed.
The number of tags is displayed next to the request, and pinned tags are immediately visible in the overall list. Inside the request, a history showing the author and time each tag was added is available.
Tags are used exclusively by exchange staff and are never shown to customers.
Bulk application processing
The "All Orders" section now features bulk selection. You can mark the needed orders to the left of the number, after which a panel with available actions will appear at the bottom of the screen.
In the current version, selected requests can be archived in bulk. Before proceeding, the system will show a confirmation and the exact number of requests. After the operation completes, the list will update automatically.
Deadline for changing details upon request
In the general order settings, you can now specify how much time an operator is allowed to replace the details previously provided to the client upon request.
By default, 30 minutes are used, starting from the moment the first actual details are provided.
The interface accounts for the set value and correctly displays the remaining available time.
Working groups in the admin panel
The admin panel now features a unified system of workgroups. It is available for currencies, exchange directions, payment details, BestChange rates, and users.
Next to the section title, you can create unlimited groups, name them up to 20 characters, select the desired entries, and set their order. Groups can be temporarily hidden, re-enabled, and edited without deletion.
Created groups appear as tabs next to the “All” section. If there are no groups, extra tabs and separators do not take up space on the page.
The previous system of payment detail groups and fixed rates BestChange has been replaced by a unified mechanism. Previously fixed rates BestChange are retained and transferred to the new system.
Workgroups are used only in the admin panel. They do not affect the display of currencies, directions, or other data on the client site.
Fast handling of large course catalogs
Catalogs containing tens of thousands of courses now load much faster. Lists load only when needed and continue as you scroll, without freezing the page.
The usual groups, source names, and exchange rates remain unchanged. Search is available, and loading errors are now displayed more clearly. Reopening, switching, and refreshing large lists are more stable.
A unified exchange rate selection system is used in the direction rate settings, restrictions, rate insurance, and BestChange.
A bug that could prevent the exchange rates list from loading in the insurance settings has also been fixed.
New sorting for exchange directions
The direction sorting system has been completely revamped. Currencies are displayed in a single list, and options for the same network are grouped compactly, collapsed by default.
The administrator can move the entire group among other currencies or change the order of individual options within it. When selecting a currency in the "Giving" section, the related "Receiving" list loads immediately on the right — without extra tabs or intermediate screens.
Order is saved automatically after dragging, including within networks. Separate save and reset buttons are no longer needed. Unfinished actions are properly handled when switching currencies or leaving the page.
Search by name, code, and network has been added, along with keyboard navigation and display of position changes. On smaller screens, lists are stacked vertically to avoid horizontal scrolling.
Unified Table Management
A unified pagination and record count setting have been added for tables in the admin panel. The system automatically detects available columns, allowing you to show, hide, and reorder them by drag and drop.
The selected set and order of columns are saved individually on the current device. The control panel now features search and a compact layout for both computers and mobile devices.
Filters and column settings are now combined in one panel. Loading displays, empty lists, errors, and data reloads have been improved.
The new system is already in use for currency lists, exchange directions, BestChange rates, users, and bank card verifications.
Updated Plugin System
Installing, updating, disabling, deleting, and restoring plugins have become safer and more stable. Before performing these operations, the system checks the package, compatibility, required settings, and access keys.
Added detailed action history, separate administrator permissions, and manual confirmation for important operations. The system monitors the functionality of installed extensions and can automatically disable a problematic plugin to prevent its error from affecting other processes.
Improved recovery from failures: interrupted operations can be correctly resumed, and conflicting processes are prevented from running simultaneously. Temporary data and outdated versions are cleaned up more carefully.
Background imports and processing of large rate sources have been optimized. When importing again, manual settings and rate statuses are retained, and identical currency pairs remain separate records and are no longer merged by mistake.
Text templates and tags
The “Text Templates” section is now more compact and clearer. The system no longer pre-generates texts for the statuses “Order completed” and “Order declined.” The administrator adds only those status messages that are actually used by the exchanger.
For the status, you can set a general text for all directions, apply it only to selected directions, or create a custom version for a specific direction. When multiple versions are present, the system considers their priority.
Currency templates, directions, and status texts are combined in one section. Direction options load dynamically as you search, keeping the form responsive even with many entries.
The tag system in orders has also been updated. Fixed the display of creation dates and other values on payment and tracking pages, in emails, and Telegram notifications. Improved accuracy of data for directions, cities, rates, fees, payment details, and clients.
Custom tags continue to work in previously created templates. The catalog of available tags in editors updates automatically when the scenario changes, without reloading the page.
Bank Card Verification
The admin panel now features a unified checklist for bank card verification. Instructions can be divided into steps, manually sorted, temporarily hidden, and enhanced with illustrations.
The section title enables quick editing, and deletion requires confirmation. The client experiences a clear sequence of actions both in the personal account and during verification within the application.
Primary and additional card photos are now uploaded in one block with clear prompts and multilingual support.
Customize dashboard appearance
You can choose either a light or dark style for the admin panel's sidebar navigation. This setting applies to both the main and mobile menus and is saved for future sessions.
You can also hide the mini-menu with sections like “Favorites,” “Orders,” “Analytics,” and “Help” to free up more screen space. By default, the panel remains light, and the mini-menu is displayed as before.
Version iEXExchanger 11.4 makes working with exchanges, notifications, and large amounts of data faster and more convenient. New features help clients avoid losing applications when switching between the website and Telegram, and enable staff to customize their workspace for tasks and process daily operations more quickly.
