iEXExchanger 11.4.1 — File Uploads, New Notifications, and Updated Fees

Version iEXExchanger 11.4.1 introduces file upload during exchange requests, enhanced client notifications, and a complete overhaul of fee selection.

Improvements have been made to request handling, date filtering, client and administrator authorization, and new design options have been added to the control panel.

File fields for currencies and directions

For additional fields of currencies and exchange directions, you can now choose a file upload method. This allows you to request documents, images, spreadsheets, and other files directly from the client during the application process.

When creating an additional field, the administrator chooses one of two filling methods:

  • standard field;
  • Uploading files.

Once created, the chosen method cannot be changed. This protects the configured fields and associated data from accidental modifications.

For a file field, you can specify:

  • Allowed formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF, Excel, and CSV;
  • maximum size of a single file;
  • allowed number of files;
  • no restrictions on size or quantity;
  • title and description in supported languages;
  • Display the title above the field.

A new uploader has been added to the client area. Users can select files on their device, drag and drop them into the upload zone, or paste an image from the clipboard. Next to the field, allowed formats, limits, upload status, and the list of attached files are displayed.

Uploaded materials are linked to the application and stored securely. Images can be viewed directly in the application card, while documents can be downloaded.

The administrative tables now display how each custom field is filled in. Creation and editing forms have also been improved, freezing when changing the direction field has been fixed, and stability during the uploading and deletion of incomplete attachments has been enhanced.

The file field interface now includes translations for all supported languages.

Advanced Client Notifications

The client notification system has received new display options. Now messages can be shown:

  • to all clients;
  • for the selected currency;
  • for a specific exchange direction.

For currency-related notifications, you can choose which side to display: "Giving", "Receiving", or both.

Several options for placing the notification on the main page are now available:

  • at the top of the page;
  • when searching for currencies in the "You Send" section;
  • searching currencies in the "Receiving" block;
  • inside the data input block;
  • under the entire exchange form.

The location is selected via a dropdown list. In the notifications table, the display conditions and main text are now separated, making it easier to review and adjust settings.

Updated fee options

The fee selection process for exchanges has been completely redesigned. Administrators can choose to use a compact dropdown menu or display all available options to the client at once.

The dashboard now features multiple commission selections with checkboxes. Descriptions are displayed below the titles, and the "Extra Charge" label appears only for options where it actually applies.

Commission values are displayed without technical symbols and formulas. The display of dynamic and profit commissions has been fixed, duplicates, unnecessary labels, and unclear abbreviations have been removed.

The list functions properly on both computers and mobile devices, staying within screen boundaries. All elements feature a unified rounded design.

The order card has an enhanced window showing selected fees. It now displays the full list of fees with names, descriptions, values, types, and applicable areas without hiding any details.

New period selection in request filters

Separate 'from' and 'to' date fields have been replaced with a single calendar where you can select the desired range at once.

The new calendar is used to filter requests:

  • by creation date;
  • by update date;
  • in the advanced filter builder;
  • when exporting manually.

The selected end day is counted in full, including all requests created or updated by the end of that day.

The calendar is optimized for both computers and mobile devices. Previously saved links with old date parameters continue to work correctly.

Enhanced email authorization

The reliability of email authorization during application creation has been improved. Resolved issues where customers saw a message about successful code sending, despite the email not actually being sent.

Primary and repeat email sending has been improved. In case of a temporary mail failure, the valid confirmation code is retained, and the client receives an appropriate error message.

If mandatory authorization is disabled, the client can still create and pay for an order immediately and log into the account later.

Independent sessions for site and control panel

Fixed a conflict between the client side of the site and the admin panel. Logging in on different devices and browsers no longer blocks administrators from working.

Client and administrative sessions now operate independently. Persistent login is correctly maintained after ending a regular session, while logging out terminates authorization entirely.

Switching between administrator accounts, two-factor authentication, and secure panel addresses continue to operate seamlessly without conflicts.
