Introducing Update 6.5

Dear friends,

We are excited to introduce the new version v6.5. This release brings a host of new features, support for all photo formats, multilingual capabilities, and more. Let’s go through everything step by step.

This release is available only for licenses: PRO, PRO Plus, Business

Operator Panel

Version 6.5 adds several new settings to the operator panel to extend its capabilities.

• Operators can now be changed in requests without any restrictions.
• We’ve introduced a new solution for deleted requests: they will no longer disappear from the main list but will instead have the status “Request Deleted.”
• New fields have been added for amounts. (Exchange amount without fees, with fee, with fee and additional fee, amount with discount..)
• Exchange rate history added to the order list
• A large new set of filters for searching orders has been added to the operator panel

Support for SVG, GIF, WEBP formats

Version 6.5 will include support for all necessary file upload extensions.

• When uploading icons in payment systems
• When uploading banners in the partners module
• When uploading logo and background
• When uploading photos in the advantages module

Multilingual support

Version 6.5 brings many changes related to multilingual support: you can now add text in any language for almost all fields. (Previously only RU and EN were supported, and tags had to be written manually – now it's much easier)

Due to this new feature, administrators will need to fully update the exchanger to comply with the new requirements.

• Request statuses now support multiple languages
• Countries for cash operations can also be translated into other languages
• Multilingual support is now available for all system settings
• Multilingual support has been added to merchant settings.
• Multilingual support has been added to the auto-payout settings.
• The "Partners" info section now fully supports multilingualism.

Currencies

Version 6.5 includes many improvements to the currency module.

• The new currency creation function has been redesigned.
• Added a "Currency Templates" module.
• Creating duplicate currencies is now prevented. (Many clients made multiple errors here by creating up to 10 identical currencies, causing confusion.)
• Currencies can now specify a leading character for the account number.
• In currencies, when setting up account verification, you can specify the option "Verify if the amount I send is greater than the set value"
• For card verification in currencies, the option to specify "Additional information text" has been added
• A filter by the "XML Designation" field has been added in currencies
• Linked groups are now displayed in the currency list
• Sorting functionality has been added for currencies in the admin panel
• It is now possible to enable or disable card verification through the personal account in currencies
• Additional fields in currencies can now be sorted (Send, Receive)

Exchange direction

Version 6.5 will feature significant changes in the Exchange Directions module.

• The “Step” function for bestchange parsing has been redesigned.
• Added “Disable Auto-Registration” function to Exchange Directions.
• Export XML directions now include parameters (floating, delay).
• Removed the “City where cash exchange is available” parameter from directions (deprecated).
• Parameters for “Additional Commission” in Exchange Directions have been completely overhauled.
• Creation and editing of directions have been simplified.
• Added option to specify (Payment System Commissions) in directions.
• A feature to toggle personal discounts has been added to exchange directions
• An "Additional exchange description" field added to exchange directions
• A "Commission dependent on exchange amount" module added to exchange directions
• You can now add a commission in currency for "Auto rate adjustment" and Custom rate in directions
• Sorting of directions has been added in the admin panel
• Sorting is now available in additional fields for directions
• The "Minimum commission (For giving and receiving)" functions have been redesigned in exchange directions
• The "Statistics" block has been removed from exchange directions and moved to widgets
• A new option to select "Profit Calculation Type" has been added in directions

Additional commission

This option is no longer included in the rate and is treated as an additional commission displayed to the client (can be specified for both Giving and Receiving)

Commission algorithms have been redesigned

• In the "Add to rate" parameter, you can apply (*1, -1, /1)
• In the "Profit" parameter, you can apply (*1, -1, /1)
• In additional commissions, you can apply (*1, -1, /1)
• In cities, within the "Add to rate" parameter, you can apply (1%, -1, *1, -1%...)
• Removed the "Add commission to payout amount" option (obsolete due to new parameters introduced)

Miscellaneous changes

• Added the "Banners" module
• Settings now allow enabling and disabling banners for web/mobile versions
• Multilingual support added for "Reasons for deferred requests" and "Reasons for rejected requests" labels
• Multilingual support added to the referral system and cashback
• A label will appear in the operator panel depending on the selected job status
• Ability to set a custom font for the website has been added.
• Redesigned the "Recent Exchanges" module
• Removed the "Summary Report" section
• Added the ability for merchants to display the request counter and total exchange amount
• Settings optimized for all devices
• Updated the "Rate Builder" section
• Fixed a bug in the Rate Builder that prevented disabling all directions
• All directions are now displayed in the Rate Builder
• Improved the input function for "Give" and "Receive" amounts
• Completely redesigned referral system. (rewriting the module from scratch)
• In the affiliate program settings, the option to choose how to define the "Exchange Amount" that will be used to calculate partner rewards has been added.
• Added the ability to specify a "Personal Affiliate Percentage" for clients.
• Added the ability to display additional information at the top of the exchange page.
• In the "Users" module, the option to assign personal discounts to clients has been introduced.
• In user settings, added the ability to set a "Max Affiliate Percentage."
• In the "Footer Links" module, you can now also add text items for display on the site.
• In system settings, the option to display payment instructions if they are not filled out in the merchant settings has been added.
• A "Payout Amount" feature has been added to the autopayout settings, allowing you to select the amount to be paid to the client.
• A new source "mrbin" has been added to the "Card Type Detection" module.
• Interface settings now include the option to manage currency icons and codes in the exchange amount input field.
• The interface settings now allow you to choose how to display the language — as an icon or country code.
• System settings now include the option to enable or disable recording the client's account number.
• A new module "GetBlock Log" has been added to record all server requests.
• A "Allow saving application data to file" option has been added in settings. When enabled, new applications will be saved to a file.
• System settings now offer the ability to disable automatic client registration.
• In the "Contacts" module, you can now upload your own icons for display (previously only fixed icons were available).
• In currency codes, the "Add to rate" field now supports adding expressions like (1%, -1, *1, -1%...).
• The XML rates file now supports including the "fromfee" and "tofee" values.
• Rate files are now disabled instantly when the site is switched to maintenance mode.
• The "Rates Export" module now allows disabling directions in the file if the reserve is below the set minimum value.
• The "Rates Export" module now supports configuring the transmission of "fromfee" and "tofee" parameters (for rates files).
• The "Rates Export" module now allows configuring the rates file type (Static or Real-time).

Static:Rates in the file are updated every minute (recommended)

In real time: (Rates in the file update with each request) (Risk of reduced performance)

• Calculator redesigned
• The status selection concept for deletion has changed in the "Delete Unpaid Orders" module.
• The "Delete Unpaid Orders" module now allows selection by "days, hours, minutes"
• Temporarily disabled merchant "Binance Chain BEP2"
• Added "Merchant Request Log" module - now all requests to merchants will be recorded in this section
• Added the "Payout Requests Log" module. Now all requests to API will be recorded in this section.
• Removed the interface selection option in the online chat settings.
• A new "Support Service E-Mail Address" feature has been added to the settings.
• The "Administrator E-Mail Address" field in settings now allows specifying multiple recipient addresses.
• The "Footer Links" module now supports mobile devices.
• The "BestChange Blacklist" module has been redesigned.
• The "Service Status" module now allows creating schedules to enable or disable the site automatically.

• The "Site Status" module now allows setting a notification for all pages if the operator is offline
• Fixed a bug that prevented the site from disabling when the Telegram channel was not configured
