The new version features a completely redesigned admin panel, added operation groups, enhanced payment and payout management, improved notifications, integrations, and control tools.
New administrative panel interface
The iEXWallet admin panel has been completely redesigned with a new interface.
Tables, filters, forms, and dialog windows have been unified in style. The interface is now simpler, cleaner, and more user-friendly for daily tasks.
A full-featured mobile version of the panel has been added, optimized for phone use.
A quick search through the system is also now available via Ctrl/Cmd + K, allowing you to quickly find the necessary sections and operations.
The notification center now categorizes events into: unread, transactions, system events, and security.
The brand color from settings applies to the entire panel, including the login page.
The interface fully supports Russian and English languages.
Groups and convenient list management
Groups have been added for deposits, payouts, accounts, system wallets, conversions, and generator addresses.
You can create a separate group, assign it a name and color, and then use it for convenient data organization.
Bulk actions are now available for records in tables. You can select multiple operations at once and:
- add them to the group;
- remove from group;
- send to archive;
- restore from archive.
The archive has also been redesigned. Now the number of archived records is displayed separately, and necessary actions can be quickly restored.
By default, the lists display data from all connected sites. You can enable a filter for a specific site if needed.
Expanded payment options
Added the option to set an acceptable underpayment.
If a client transfers an amount slightly less than required, the system may automatically consider such a payment successful. The threshold can be configured for the entire site or for an individual account.
A payment adjustment mode has also been introduced. If the customer sends an insufficient amount, the account remains active and displays the remaining balance due.
Reusable addresses have been added — a single address can be used for a regular client, with each new incoming payment recorded as a separate deposit.
You can now refund deposits directly to the sender from the admin panel.
If necessary, the refund can be further secured by employee confirmation.
Payment page updated
The invoice payment page has a new interface.
Improved display of amount, QR code, transaction status, and payment steps.
The exchange point's logo and corporate colors are also supported.
After successful payment, the customer can automatically return to the exchange site.
If the payment link was disabled, it can be reactivated before the invoice expires.
New payout options
A calculator is now available before creating a payout, showing the transaction amount and fees in advance.
You can choose the appropriate speed for the network fee:
economical, recommended, or fast.
Mass payouts creation has also been added.
Completed payouts can be automatically archived on a set schedule while remaining accessible for viewing.
Improved integration with websites
The event notification system has been redesigned.
You can now independently select the necessary events, monitor delivery status, and resend notifications if needed.
A sandbox mode has also been introduced.
It allows you to test payments, payouts, and the entire interaction chain between the site and iEXWallet without using real funds.
Additional settings have been added for access keys:
- restriction of available actions;
- list of allowed IP addresses;
- request limit management.
Documentation and sample requests for developers have also been updated.
System notifications and monitoring
Quiet hours for notifications have been added.
Non-urgent events can be temporarily disabled, for example during nighttime, while critical notifications continue to be processed separately.
The system can also alert about a high number of failed payouts and insufficient reserve funds to cover network fees.
A daily report on the status of hot wallet reserves has been added.
Transaction History
Deposit, payout, and transaction pages have been updated.
A unified history of status changes and key events is now displayed for each transaction.
This makes it quicker to determine the current status of the operation and understand the actions previously taken.
Stability and Security
The release fixes background tasks and schedulers.
An additional confirmation has been added for critical actions.
This includes:
- password reset;
- disabling two-factor authentication;
- removal of important rules;
- emergency payout stop.
These actions are additionally recorded in the system log.
We have also enhanced request limit handling, error processing, and the accuracy of financial calculations.
