With version 11.1.4, we continued improving the iEXExchanger platform with a strong focus on administration, payment systems, security, performance and overall platform stability.
This update includes improvements to payment gateways, order management tools, administrative workflows, notifications, client-facing functionality and a large number of internal optimizations and fixes.
Payment Systems and Gateways
We continued enhancing the platform’s payment infrastructure.
Cryptocurrency and fiat payment gateways have been improved, increasing the stability of payment processing, payouts and status updates.
Support for iEXWallet has been expanded, while integrations with CryptoCash and other popular providers have received additional improvements.
Payment status handling has also been refined, allowing the platform to more accurately determine whether a transaction has been completed, is pending, failed or requires additional verification.
Better Order Management
This update introduces several improvements for operators and administrators working with orders.
The order reason system has been redesigned, making it easier to manage status changes, rejections, holds and other order-related actions.
Operators can now work with predefined reasons or create custom reasons when needed, improving workflow consistency and communication.
Order details, history and related information have also been improved to make daily operations faster and more convenient.
New Administration Features
We continue to simplify platform management and administration.
One of the most important improvements in this release is the new Proxy management system available directly from the admin panel.
Previously, proxy configuration required manual server-side file editing and additional setup steps. Now, most configuration tasks can be completed directly through the administration interface without accessing the server.
Several security, configuration and platform management sections have also been improved.
Telegram Notifications
Telegram notifications and message templates have been further improved.
This update increases notification reliability, improves event processing and provides additional enhancements for a more stable Telegram integration experience.
Interface and User Experience Improvements
We continued refining the platform interface for both administrators and exchange clients.
Several interface elements have been updated, filters have been improved, visual inconsistencies have been fixed and overall usability has been enhanced.
Additional improvements were also made to the mobile experience and responsive behavior across different devices.
Performance and Stability
A significant amount of work has been completed to improve platform performance and reliability.
Various issues have been fixed, several areas of the platform have been optimized and overall system stability has been improved.
As with every release, this update also includes numerous internal fixes, optimizations and small improvements focused on long-term platform quality and reliability.
