iEXExchanger 11.1.5 Update — Order Verification and Payment Processing Improvements

This update focuses on improving order processing, payment verification, operator tools and overall platform performance. We have also introduced several new features aimed at making daily operations easier and more transparent for both exchange owners and their clients.

In addition, the release includes numerous bug fixes, internal optimizations and stability improvements across the platform.

New Features

Identity Verification Inside Orders: Clients can now complete manual identity verification directly within an order. This feature can be enabled through the identity verification settings in the admin panel.

Payment Details Replacement: Operators can now replace payment details directly within an order if the originally assigned payment details are no longer available or operational.

Payment Details History: A complete history of payment detail assignments and replacements is now stored. Administrators can see who issued the payment details, who replaced them, when the change occurred and what information was used previously.

Replacement Time Control: Payment details can only be replaced within a configurable time window after order creation. Operators can also manually disable replacement earlier when needed.

Payment Verification Improvements

Enhanced Payment Verification System: The payment verification workflow has been significantly improved for merchants and payment gateways.

Clear Verification Flow: Clients can now see the current payment verification stage and better understand the status of their payment.

Verification Log: A detailed verification log has been added, allowing operators to review payment verification events and actions.

Improved Manual Verification: Operators now have more control when manually verifying payments and handling special payment scenarios.

Additional Merchant Status Support: Certain merchant statuses can now be configured to be accepted only during manual verification.

CryptoCash Improvements: Added support for the “underpaid” status, allowing operators to manually process orders when a customer sends a slightly lower amount than expected.

Order Management Improvements

Improved Order Information Display: Order details, comments and history are now displayed more clearly inside the order card.

Email Visibility Settings: Administrators can now choose whether customer email addresses should be displayed in full or partially hidden.

Improved Email Verification: The email verification process during order creation has been enhanced for greater reliability and better user experience.

Fixed Payment Details Display: Resolved an issue where account numbers could sometimes be displayed incorrectly or incompletely.

Interface and User Experience

Improved Agreements and Policies: Internal agreement and policy links now open in a convenient modal window without forcing users to leave the current page.

Form Data Preservation: When viewing agreements or policies, entered form data is no longer lost and users can continue where they left off.

Improved Registration and Exchange Forms: Various usability improvements have been made to forms, links and agreement handling.

General Interface Enhancements: Additional UI improvements have been implemented across the platform.

Performance and Platform Improvements

Complete Client-Side Refactoring: Significant optimization work has been completed, improving performance for exchange projects with a large number of exchange directions.

Angular 22 Upgrade: The platform has been upgraded to Angular 22, improving long-term stability, performance and maintainability.

iEXUI Improvements: Continued development of the iEXUI system with additional performance and form handling optimizations.

Timezone Fixes: Resolved timezone-related issues that could generate errors and unnecessary log entries.

BestChange Formula Fixes: Fixed issues affecting formula calculations within BestChange integrations.

Order Link Fixes: Resolved problems with order links inside email notifications.

Payment Page Improvements: Fixed several interface and workflow issues related to order payment pages.

Comment Display Fixes: Corrected display issues affecting operator and customer comments.

Chat Improvements: The order chat is no longer displayed when chat functionality is disabled in the platform settings.

Legacy Tag Removal: Removed the outdated “Tags” label that was no longer used within the platform.
