We are pleased to announce the release of the new version of the iEXExchanger platform, 11.1.7.
In this update, we focused on platform performance, operator usability, expanded multilingual support, improved the ticketing system, enhanced partner analytics, and refined the user interface.
Significant internal platform optimization was also carried out, the client-side system was updated, and numerous fixes and stability improvements were implemented.
New Features
Enhanced Multilingual Support:New languages have been added to the platform.
The admin panel and client interface now additionally support:
- French;
- Spanish;
- Kazakh;
- Ukrainian.
All translations are tailored to the natural style of modern SaaS and fintech products and have undergone additional quality checks before release.
New website operating system:The client side of the platform has been thoroughly revamped, transitioning to a new system designed for higher performance and faster page load times.
Applications
The application handling system has been completely revamped:Operator workspace development has been further advanced.
Added customizable request status tabs, a separate "Details on Request" tab, convenient tab sorting, background counter updates, sound notification settings, and improved navigation for a large number of tabs.
Operator workflow has become much more efficient when handling a large volume of requests.
Transfer to client account:A separate label has been added for orders completed via the “Transfer to client’s account” feature. This method is now displayed directly on the order card.
Partner Collaboration:You can now quickly unassign a partner in the request card, and the user list now shows information about the assigned partner.
Performance
Complete platform optimization:A significant amount of internal optimizations has been carried out to speed up the system.
The loading speed of the client website, personal account, admin dashboard, and analytics sections has been significantly improved.
The number of internal requests has also been reduced, database interactions optimized, and overall platform performance improved to handle a large volume of users and exchange directions more efficiently.
Partner Analytics
Development of analytical tools has continued.
Referral link clicks are now tracked accurately, with enhanced calculations for ROI, funnels, and traffic quality, along with improved precision in displaying partner registrations and initial applications.
Reports are now more informative and accurately reflect the actual performance of the affiliate program.
Rates and Calculator
Default rate setup:The administrator can now choose which type of rate will be used by default — fixed or floating.
Rates from files:The performance of rate sources has been improved. Adding and updating files now happens without page reloads, the section opens faster, data validation is more stable, and file source processing security has been enhanced.
Interface
Work continues on improving the user interface.

The loading speed of the dashboard and analytics sections has been significantly improved.

The release includes numerous fixes and internal improvements.
