This service is intended for clients who have acquired an iEXExchanger license through a resale or ownership transfer and would like to restore access to official technical support.
The service provides 12 months of technical support from the date of activation. During this period, you will receive access to technical consultations, assistance with standard platform functionality, and guidance from our specialists.
After the first year, support can be renewed under the standard technical support plans available at the time of renewal.
